Shower water filters
Does anyone have thoughts on shower water filters? Experiences? Studies? I have been recommended to get one more than a few times in my life, but I canโ€™t sell my husband on it. He doesnโ€™t think it will do anything because water would have to come through too fast compared to our drinking water filter that drips slowly (Berkey). He says opening the window during a shower is better. Would love to learn more from anyone who has any info โ˜บ๏ธ

The water is actually filtered where it comes into the house before it goes to the shower etc... we just added a sorso water system at the clinic and are looking at their whole home option too. https://sorsowater.com/whole-home-systems/

Every triumph fuels our community's fire and sparks inspiration for all. Some ideas for Daily Mindset practices to earn a point: 1. Practice gratitude journaling: Write down three things you're grateful for each day. 2. Meditate for at least 10 minutes. 3. Read a personal development book or listen to a motivational podcast. 4. Practice deep breathing exercises for relaxation and stress relief. 5. Write down your goals and create an action plan to achieve them. 6. Practice positive affirmations in front of a mirror. 7. Spend time in nature and practice mindfulness while observing your surroundings. 8. Engage in a creative activity like drawing, painting, or crafting. 9. Practice self-care activities such as taking a bubble bath or enjoying a cup of herbal tea. 10. Connect with a friend or loved one for a meaningful conversation or virtual hangout. Some ideas for Daily Movement practices to earn a point: 1. Go for a brisk walk or jog around your neighborhood. 2. Attend a virtual fitness class or follow along with an online workout video. 3. Take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. 4. Do a set of bodyweight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, and planks. 5. Dance to your favorite music for at least 15 minutes. 6. Practice yoga or stretching exercises to improve flexibility and relaxation. 7. Try a new outdoor activity like biking, hiking, or rollerblading. 8. Have a mini dance party with your family or roommates. 9. Clean your house or do yard work for some physical activity. 10.
