Thoughts on Pilates?
I had never done it before, but just did for the first time, and I feel like all the little muscles in my hips and hamstrings got worked in the right way. I have no idea if it’ll actually help with punting, but thought I should ask if anyone else has tried it before and how they feel about it. I know it’s a little unorthodox for people our age, but if it helps, it helps.

How frequently do you guys stretch?
Personally I stretch for about 25 minutes every night. Is that enough, or should I be stretching twice a day? Also, what hamstring stretches are the best for gaining flexibility?

@Arav Patel I’m assuming after, but that includes both punting and the weight room?
Windy weather
Any advice for punting into or with strong winds. For my game tomorrow there are projected 15 mph winds with gusts up to 27 mph. Any advice for punting in that weather? When punting into the wind should I try and hit a low driven ball?
