Weekly QA
Ok guys one change that’s coming is that I will be doing a weekly lesson! Feel free to join, ask me questions, or just check out the lesson I will prepare for that week. I will use my discord to go live in my 40 person classroom, invite friends ! Right now the group is free for my founding members but it will close soon so invite them sooner than later ! Let me know what you’d like the first lesson to be on, I’m open to suggestions. My first lesson is usually either β€œAB and C students”, or β€œIntro to Rule of Three”

Can you please put out a video explaining advanced footwork in boxing?
Tournament
Huge weekend! Tomorrow I will compete in my first Kyokushin tournament, it’s full contact, bare knuckle, continental Kyokushin Karate. This will be interesting.. I can hit with everything except for fist to face, and elbows. Knees and kicks everywhere is ok, I will learn a lot competing internationally tomorrow. Here is a pic with Kyokushin legend Kenji Midori. I can’t wait to share the evolution of my knowledge with you all.

Ali threw a slight feint that had him pause for a second. He then threw a looping right cross through the guard in my opinion.

@Xavier Wilson lol smh, you got me on that one coach lol. I'm not sure πŸ€”, was it initially created by his head movement or his pendulum/rhythm bounce? I'm not sure coach lol, help a brother out lol
Adding some drills into White Belt Boxing course
Line drill and circle drill will be available in White Belt Boxing Course with further explanation pages in it. This is a drill you can do with a marker or jump rope on the ground. Do this in both stances in both directions until you gain fluency in tempo with your steps.

Your defensive movements, illusive parries, and blocks are beautiful watch. Can you please teach us the art of the L-Step shuffle next time too? I also have another question, is it bad to fight off your back foot when dealing with a pressure fighter?

Thanks coach for your wealth of knowledge that you share with us!!! You've answered all my questions. Most appreciatedπŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ₯ŠπŸ₯Š!! Now that I think about it, you are πŸ’― right. Fighting of your back foot, like you stated puts you at a disadvantage offensively, clear example in the AJ vs Dubois fight which broke πŸ’” smhπŸ˜₯.
Understanding Overhands
Here is a look at how to train the overhand in WGB. Remember the overhand isn't a hook, it is an arc. Think of the opposite of an uppercut and you are getting close. Swiveling your head from the inside to the outside is where the centrifugal force is generated, this creates power in a way that doesn't come naturally to most. Practice this
