Honing Tempo workout
Here is there first basic workout I want people to do, from any level. As a black belt, I practice like this. These workouts will be exclusive and will expand as I progress, help me continue to grow this art! Complete this workout to gain a sense of rhythm and tempo! The Mind
Here is an entry from my Musha Shugyo Journal. I’ll be organizing and posting these more often from the beginning soon. The most important lesson is simply to never stop. We are built to evolve, to learn and adapt. The power of the human mind alone brings us to the top of the food chain. Tigers, bears, wolves, crocodiles, and sharks live in fear of our dominance. If you keep gong , keep learning, keep searching, we will find strength. We are genetically predisposed to win. The barrier, ironically, is doubt. Our greatest weapon, our greatest foe: The mind.
