2025 BSFT Immersion Dates
The first dates for the 2025 BSFT Immersions are locked in! These 3 night, 2 day immersions (previously Peak & Flow Immersion) are a transformative experience where we go introduce you to profound models to get the most out of your psychology and physiology on a 600 acre property in Kangaroo Valley! Who has been to one before? What was your experience? P.s. I will be running an info session on the immersion before tickets go live. If you want special early bird access type 'BSFT' in the comments and I will add you to the list!

I have been to one. Really a great experience. Loads of information and opportunities to explore what's hidden in the shadows of my life, lots of incredible experiences to push myself beyond what I thought were my limits. Interesting experiences with emotions with breathwork. Beautiful scenery, beautiful river to experience cold exposure. An opportunity to meet like minded people. A very worthwhile 2 days. Loved it!
Score Check & Asset Glossary
Hey Team! Quick message for 2 reasons: 1: What is your BSFT Score for the month? (Out of 14?) 2: I am creating a gloassary of examples of assets and practices for everyone and would love you to contribute. Put your assets and practices below so we can build a knowledge bank of assets that we can all learn from and lean on. Let me know if you would love any feedback from me on the assets! Big love! D

Rehab has been going well and have now been able to get back into func so I reckon I'm at about a 12/14. Walking has increased despite pain. Ice baths have helped with this. I still struggle with journaling! Mind probs sitting at 8/14. Mour: mmm remind myself to eat well, but take short cuts, so maybe 10/14. Methods on track: alarms set, Food cooked for the week, routine as planned. Organised. 14/14.
New Look BSFT Score!
End of the first week of Novemeber. I want to know: Asset: Practice: Score: ?/7 For example: Asset: Daily movement minimum 15 minutes Practice: Book 4 training sessions at gym. Walk on the other mornings. If I miss an afternoon/session at gym, go for walk even if it is just 15 minutes. Score: 6/7 If you got more than 1 asset you're building, put them down!! βœŒοΈπŸ• D

My season is "balance" for the next several. I want to focus on some different strategies for relaxation, breathing and mindfulness. I want to get back to being fully functional with my knee and shoulder and will be concentrating on this. I have had to pull back the walking to only 30 minutes a day due to the pain in my knee. I wanted to try out Yin/Restorative Yoga (mind and stretching) but as yet have not had a response from the place I want to go so that will replace my func session on a Monday night, but will continue with Wednesday ice/sauna (mind and recovery) and physio/own workout at func, Thursday breathwork to work on mind and func workout and Friday own workout with a focus on physio exercises for my knee and shoulder. French is my learning time on Tuesdays this 90 days and then back to func 7.30pm class. I love 7.30pm classes as there are less people and the crew is awesome!!! I have been neglecting my nutrition and want to get back on track with that which will start this week.

Questions
Hi all, I am seeking some advice.1. What protein powder is good low carb and no sugar. I want to have it in a smoothie on the days before I train for some energy as dont like to have much lunch those days. 2. What people, do or say to themselves to get too training and to get through it. I see the most amazing people pumping it out so was wondering. Thanks Mel.
