2025 BSFT Immersion Dates
The first dates for the 2025 BSFT Immersions are locked in! These 3 night, 2 day immersions (previously Peak & Flow Immersion) are a transformative experience where we go introduce you to profound models to get the most out of your psychology and physiology on a 600 acre property in Kangaroo Valley! New Look BSFT Score!
End of the first week of Novemeber. I want to know: Asset: Practice: Score: ?/7 For example: Asset: Daily movement minimum 15 minutes Practice: Book 4 training sessions at gym. Walk on the other mornings. If I miss an afternoon/session at gym, go for walk even if it is just 15 minutes. Score: 6/7 If you got more than 1 asset you're building, put them down!! βœŒοΈπŸ• D
