How do you define a growth mindset ?
A growth mindset, as proposed by psychologist Carol Dweck, is the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. Embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, and see effort as a path to mastery. This mindset transforms failures into learning opportunities and encourages continuous improvement. Example: When faced with a project setback, instead of attributing it to bad luck, analyse what went wrong, learn from it, and apply those lessons to future endeavours.

I teach my psychotherapy patients that it's about CHOOSING a 'cup half full mindset', (rather than a 'cup half empty mindset'). Or even more basically - a "Can Do' mindset for whatever occurs.

Here are two examples of how to find stillness in faith?
Christianity offers profound contemplative practices, such as lectio divina and centering prayer, that foster a deep spiritual connection and inner peace. Christianity offers profound contemplative practices, such as lectio divina and centering prayer, that foster a deep spiritual connection and inner peace. Let's explore these: Lectio Divina: Spend time each day reading a passage of scripture, meditating on its meaning, praying with it, and contemplating its significance in your life. Centering Prayer: Choose a sacred word and silently repeat it to yourself, gently bringing your focus back to this word whenever your mind wanders. This practice helps to centre your thoughts on the divine.

How reality REALLY works!
Hi All, I’m a Physician, Scientist, and Educator, with over a half-century of research trying to discover the truer nature of reality and our place in it. Because of my painful concern about the accelerating breakdown of our world – the increasing mass insanity & looming existential threats, I ‘felt called ‘to share what I have recently discovered about ‘how reality works’ and the related reasons for our current plight. I have just shared my findings about the underlying explanatory pattern in my multi-award winning new book to serve as an inspirational & empowering resource for these challenging times – “Dream it to Do it: The Science and the Magic”. It provides the breakthrough PROOF - scientifically, logically, & experientially - for the ‘Primacy of Consciousness’ as the underlying ‘Source’ of all !!!
