Diaphragm tension
Hi All, Still early in my journey and I think I found that I have alot if tension in my diaphragm. I think I've only been able to find it from the meditations.. never realised it before. It's becoming a kind of hurdle and block now, does anyone know any resources on releasing diaphragm tension that has worked? It's so weird, I found it in mediation but now I can't unfeel it - like there all the time.

Letting go socially
Hi All, grateful to be here. I'm beginning to understand the letting go teaching and I'm 1/3 way through the book. I'm not sure if it's an observation or I have a question, but socially I'm finding it hard to let go and interact at the same time.. especially around people I don't want to face but I have to. I can then feel more self conscious fear rise up and I focus on facing this and letting it go - all while trying to prevent my body language from clamming up, fighting the urge to cross my arms. I think it works mostly and then I can notice I think it's my diaphragm area - it's locked up or blocked or something and I have to make a conscious effort to breath. If I stay focused on growing in letting go, I guess this will become faster for me? Think I'm starting to realize just how much work actually lies ahead.

Film: Revolver 2005
Hi All, Has anyone watched this movie? I first thought differently about ego because of this movie. I'm thinking back on it now as I work on letting go. I never realised it before but Dr Hawkins is actually in the closing credits!! https://youtu.be/Wftl5j6yKlM?si=JSBwe906GAfboEgT
