Time problem
I wanna add forearm/neck training and running into my routine, unfortunately i have school and alot of time already going towards working out, should i shorten the amount of sets from 3 to 2x failure? And what should i eat to gain weight but not fat?

@T Mma Weight is okay just go light. For beginners and most people, you can get a good stimulus just from using your hands for pressure.

@T Mma Yes the risk/reward for going too fast isn't worth it. This video is good if you want to know more: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Rn8iDZOzTk&t=3s
do pushups really help punching power as much as people say?
people act like they are the best way to increase punching power, is this true or just myth?

I Agree with what Hamza said. Your entire body works in unison when throwing a punch, so training legs, core (especially rotational), alongside upper body will result in the biggest increase in punching power. Also, explosive pushups are better for punching power than regular ones.
