how to increase reps
I've been working out consistently for about 5-6 weeks now with two days for pull ups every week but I haven't been able to increase my reps at all. Is there something I could be doing wrong? I've started eating lot more but I still haven't made much progress.

@Rec Lss Try focusing on perfecting your form. Also, try EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute): You do a set exercise at the start of each minute, then rest for the rest of the minute. Repeat for 15-20 min
Tricep gains
Does anybody know of exercises to target the long head of the tricep so that I can get bigger arms?

The rings are used for more stability, you could do the same exercise with a table or counter.

Is high reps good?
I noticed Caliversity did very high reps like 500 a day, my friend told me he did 1000 push ups a day and he got pretty big over the summer. I'm just wondering if doing this is actually good or if adding extra weight like a backpack or weight vest for less than 20 reps a set is good enough.

Just build a good foundation first: Don't be in a rush. One you've built a solid foundation, you could start adding and implementing more things into your workout routine

@Matthew Kan A good foundation is mastering the basics: Pushups, Pull-ups, Dips, and Bodyweight Rows, etc.
Unlocking the Dip
Do you guys want to do dips but don't know where to start? After trying countless exercises and routines, the most effective one was to do lots and lots of reps of pushups. I followed @Daemon Caliversity "Advice to teens trying to get BIGGER" and made tons of gains. The immense strength and endurance gains are unmatched. Try it out for yourselves and after a couple of weeks attempt to dip. Thanks for the advice, @Daemon Caliversity

Focus on the stuff that you eat. Also, integrate some running/cardio into your routine - running will burn lots of fat, and, with the training you're doing now, if help you define and tone your muscles even more
