šŸŽÆ So we've reached the end of the 30 Day Plant Positive Jumpstart and I'd LOVE your feedback please? šŸŽÆ āœ… What is ONE thing I could improve so the Plant Positive Membership is more impactful in your life? Over the past 30 days specifically: Was there too much? Was there not enough? I've listed some ideas however please comment your suggestions. It would mean a lot. šŸ¤” My thoughts! Deciding ONE most important habit was hugely impactful for me. A set timeframe held me accountable and the results motivate me to continue. In short, the new habit I've been struggling with for 24+ months is locked and loaded, so that's a WIN. I am super grateful for the positive, supportive comments - so Thank You. Community, is something I'm committed to building. A safe, supportive space. I think we did well for the small number of members however I would love so much more interaction / participation. šŸ™ Over to YOU! For the membership as a whole and for a 30 Day Jumpstart specifically what would be of most value?

Thanks for putting this together. I tried to understand what was going on many times. Didn't get anything out of this one month. Couldn't even figure out how to join the Monday calls. I would prefer this to be more structured and clear instructions on what we are doing. I have thousands of recipes from vegan bundles that I have not tried. So I am not interested in collecting more recipes.

Although there will be an abundance of healthy habits throughout the next 30 days, I recommend you pick ONE, most impactful habit that you would love to have locked and loaded by the end of June. (mine is shared in the comments - please share yours too!) Beyond deciding on that one habit, here are the actions I suggest for today AND this is the most I will ever ask. We are going to keep this jumpstart simple, easy and FUN! - If you haven't yet, download the Plant Positive Journal here: - If you want to try the 5 High Plant Protein Fat Fighting recipes I will share this week (as voted by YOU) this Grocery List is a great start. - BONUS, power-move! Get super clear on what you would like to achieve both over the next 30 Days AND BEYOND. This is likely the thing that inspired you to join the Plant Positive Membership. Month One, of the Plant Positive Journal walks you through how to do this effectively. It's a little bit of effort up front that will make living a plant positive lifestyle simple, sustainable and aligned with everything else that is important to you. Any questions or comments please let me know? This next 30 Days will run according to what you most want and need. I have plenty of plans however I'm also super flexible and open to feedback!
