💥 PLEASE Consider THIS Before Starting Your YouTube Channel 👀
Quick intro on why you should listen to our advice: We have made over $5,000,000 JUST in YouTube ad revenue for ourselves (not just helped other people do it and claiming it's ours), have been full-time YouTubers for 10+ years, and never really ventured outside of YouTube, so have mastered just ONE platform. We have a team of 15+ YouTube experts across all areas of content creation and know our s**t when it comes to YouTube. Okay, let's get into it..... 'JUST START' 🚀 You see that motto a lot when it comes to things in life, and while we agree with it, there are levels to this statement that need to be considered. The idea behind 'JUST START' is simple. Most people don't start in the first place, so starting already gets you moving in the right direction. Similarly, waiting for things to be 'perfect' and avoiding starting sooner can harm your progress. However, when it comes to YouTube, does the 'JUST START' mentality apply? Our opinion: NOT ALWAYS 🤔 & here's why... Consistency is one of the key ingredients to a successful YouTube channel. You NEED to upload regularly in order to have a chance (once every other week is the ABSOLUTE minimum). So is 'JUST START', without any clear direction, a good idea? Is 'JUST START', without any time to work on your next video, a good idea? When you already have a hundred other life jobs to deal with? Is 'JUST STARTING', a random YouTube channel without any research into it, a good idea? Not really. Yes, some people do make it this way, but the vast majority don't, and you probably won't either. So what if you're eager to start but are unsure if you can maintain a regular upload schedule? There is one REALLY simple solution: 'JUST START' making videos, but DON'T START uploading them yet.... - START planning your videos - START practising your scripts - START your presentation, your narration, your editing - START getting a feel for all these things and build up a nice back catalogue of content ready to upload once you officially launch your channel.

⚠️ DO NOT Buy a YouTube Channel... 🫣
We have FIVE monetised YouTube channels, with just over 200,000 subscribers combined between the five that we DO NOT USE. We could sell these by the end of the week without question and pocket an average of $20,000-$40,000 for all FIVE. Not bad, right? So why are we NOT doing this? We'd be selling a broken dream to an unsuspecting buyer.... Here's why we WON’T be selling them and why buying a YouTube channel probably isn’t going to give you the YouTube dream you had in mind. Why do you think we do not use these YouTube channels? It’s because they didn’t work. Without sounding big-headed, if we can’t make them work, there are very few people in the YouTube space who can. First, let’s give some backstory to how we go about launching a new YouTube channel. We don’t just throw a channel together and upload random videos; we often spend 3+ months planning a channel before we upload the first video. This is our business, and we can’t afford to do this half-heartedly. So when we launch a new channel, we like to do something called ‘The Test’... The test is simple: - If the channel shows ZERO signs of growth within SIX months of launching (almost no views on the videos). We will usually KILL the channel. - If the channel is showing small signs of growth within SIX months (a couple of hundred or even a few thousand views per video), we give it another SIX months. If, after those SIX months, it’s still only showing SMALL signs of growth, we will take a deep dive into the analytics and determine if the channel needs a new direction or should be stopped.  Most of our channels show strong signs of growth within SIX months, and we will carry on as usual until we have another powerhouse in our YouTube channel collection. BUT, this doesn’t happen every time. No matter how good your videos are or how well-researched the channel is, sometimes it just doesn’t work, and that’s life. “But combined, they have 200,000 subs and are all monetised; what do you mean they didn’t work!?”

Why You Struggle Coming up with YouTube Video Ideas 🤦‍♂️
This might rub some people the wrong way, HOWEVER, this is speaking from first hand experience, doing this relentlessly over 10 years, generating $5+ million in YouTube ad revenue, and knowing countless YouTubers who think the same way… & believe us when we say this, we want the best for you. We’re not in the business of false promises and leading people on. If you need a ton of help coming up with video ideas on a regular basis, you’ve chosen the wrong YouTube channel. End of story. A writer doesn’t need to scrape around on what book to write, it just comes to them, they just ‘feel’ it. A director wouldn’t go asking around ‘what movie should I direct next, we have no idea’, they just ‘feel it’. We’re not smart enough to explain what this ‘feeling’ is, but we can tell you what this feeling isn’t: - Having no idea what videos to create on a regular basis. - Relying on AI to generate your video idea. - Relying on other people for your video ideas. Now, all creators experience a bit of video block from time to time, that’s natural, but if you have no idea what videos to create on a regular basis, I am sorry to tell you, you’re channel just doesn’t align with you and is going to struggle to grow. There’s no magic trick to coming up with video ideas. Yes using other people’s content who are within your niche is a fantastic way to inspire your own content, but you still need to ‘feel’ it. You need that gut feeling that “this video idea sits well with me” and I am excited to create something similar. Most people run into these regular video block issues because they choose YouTube channels based on what is current and or pays the most money. We could give you 50 YouTube channel ideas right now that can make you $5k a month if you stayed consistent within 6-12 months, but you won’t be able to stay consistent because you won’t be able to generate video ideas for the channel because there will be no inspiration from you. How can you come up 100+ video ideas if it’s a subject you know nothing about and have no interest in learning? You just can’t do this for the long haul.

Starting a New YouTube Channel? Tips from 7-Figure YouTubers
One common mistake we see time and again that leads to the following... ❌ Halts your YouTube dreams... ❌ Makes YouTube seem harder than it is... ❌ Makes you think your channel idea isn't good enough... ❌ Makes you question, "Why does everyone else succeed while I struggle?" ❌ Wastes your precious time... ❌ Potentially wastes your money ❌ Demoralizes you from starting again... Wondering what that ONE thing is? 🚨 FALLING BEHIND ON YOUR UPLOAD SCHEDULE! We see this over and over again. You start your channel with great excitement and a life-changing idea. You upload a few videos, then get "too busy" and don't upload for a month or two. You upload another video, but by then, your channel's momentum has died. This scenario is so familiar, and trust us, we understand. We've been there with some of our channels, and guess what? 9 out of 10 times, they never succeeded and we had to start again. Some things WE do to help avoid this situation: - Keep The Upload Schedule Manageable 💪 If you can't commit to at least one video per week for a year, you might not be ready to start your channel. Think of it like a new job—you wouldn't ask for a 2-month vacation right away and expect things to go well. That's not to say you need to dedicate your entire life to your channel, but you need to keep the momentum going, and the best way to do that is to upload at least once per week. - Prepare Content in Advance 📦 It't not usually a good idea to launch without a buffer. We always have at least 5 videos (5 weeks) worth of content ready to go before we start a new channel. This way, if life happens and you miss a week or two, you're still covered. It's like having a safety net that keeps your channel alive and kicking, because not uploading for a few weeks at a time is both demoralising to you and detrimental to your channel getting picked up.

Brand NEW YouTube Channel Earning $1,500+ a Month…
This channel was started 7 months ago. March 2024. 29 videos uploaded. Once per week on average. Now, is $470 a week life-changing money to you? It might be... It was to us when we quit our full-time jobs to go all in on YouTube 10+ years ago. You don't need to make millions to make life-changing money, just enough to change your current work situation, that is, if you don't like your current position. If you do like your current work situation then YouTube can just be an amazing secondary income stream. What's interesting about the screenshots below is that this is ENTIRELY attainable to anyone willing to work for it and can be achieved with ONE video per week, within 6-12 months as PROOF here. Here is the exact (simplified) steps we took to create this channel, and will continue to do for our 20+ YouTube channel ideas we will roll out over the next few years… JUST DO THE EXACT SAME THING AS WE DO. - Pick a channel niche that is both interesting to YOU and also has a proven track record of success on YouTube based on other channels. - Research and write your scripts (or hire a quality script writer) - Narrate or present your script (or hire a quality narrator or presenter) - Edit your video (or hire a quality video editor) - Create an engaging thumbnail and title (or hire someone) - Wait for feedback. - Repeat. That's it. If you do that for 6 months. One video upload per week. You are VERY likely to see some meaningful results... You might not become a millionaire, but remember, you don't need to be, in order to make life changing money. All millionaire YouTube creators channels start just like this one. What are you seriously waiting for? Let’s see what this looks like in another 6 months…

@Ivo Rusko Every two weeks can work, depending on how much time you have, type of content etc. Usually just means you might have to be a bit more engaged in the YouTube comments, posting YouTube community posts, shorts etc to keep things moving 😀 Unless you're producing high-quality documentary-style content in which case once every other week or less can work great!
