The Multiple C Framework: Commitment to Clarity
I was diagnosed with ADHD in July 2024 and after the assessment I told myself that if I can help anyone who has been late diagnosed identify it sooner and shift the way they relate to themselves then that will make me happy and more fulfilled. It all started with this first C: COMMITMENT Commitment: Even though I had only just been diagnosed it was my perspective that had changed in that moment and when that happened I was open to learning all the ways to change how I view my traits. I committed to being a guide/synthesizer. Courage: I had to just understand that if I don’t have the courage to create a community and learn as I do then I will never grow. I will just end up playing the perfectionist game of wait until I am ready but in reality I will never be ready I just need to start. Calls: I believe that the reason I am where I am today is because of the calls I have had with my community to find out what they want and the calls I have had with likeminded Skool community owners and mentors. This has to be the only calls you prioritise. If you cannot afford a mentor join a paid community that have weekly group calls. Capability: This will make you capable to position yourself as an asset because you are surrounded by winners and listen to all the things your community wants and crafting an offer from that data. Confidence: This will then make you confident in your abilities and it will help you attract more clients because they will see that you have the solution to their problems and you are also where they want to be. Contributions: This is an important step because you will find more likeminded people when you share your wins on Skool and comment under posts that resonate with you. This will create another C that is also very important CONNECTIONS! Collaborations: When you share wins and what matters to you it helps you attract potential collaborations. This could be an exchange in high ticket offers or maybe then contributing to your community with a module in your course. If you share meaningful comments under meaningful posts you will make meaningful collaborations.

How to get a TON of Comments on your Skool posts
Step 1: Be crystal clear and tell people to DM you a certain word like "FRIDAY." Step 2: Watch people comment instead.

This Q4 has been a game-changer for my e-commerce store. By tapping into the holiday buying mood with festive promotions, exclusive deals, and a "Gift Finder" tool, I turned seasonal excitement into record-breaking sales. Strategic planning and understanding customer behavior made this my most successful quarter yet!
