Something>Nothing
Just a gentle reminder that SOMETHING is always better than NOTHING when it comes to the work we invest into our goals… Not every day you train is gonna be a walk off home run. Some days you just gotta accept the fact that you need to throw down a sacrifice bunt to achieve some degree of progress. When that’s the case, which these days as a parent and business operator is more often than not, you have to learn not to get down on yourself. Instead, take what the day gives you and focus on progress over perfection… What work did YOU manage to put in today? Chime in with your daily check in!!! Hands up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

@Chris McCann NICE !!!
Curious What YOU Think
Before I film a YouTube video that will UNDOUBTEDLY get me a lot of hate, I wanna know your opinion on the matter. What’s more important for your overall health? DIET or EXERCISE? Let me know your opinion and why… Hands Up…KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Diet for me as well. Since June, I've cut out nearly a 100% consumption of diet soda and bread from my diet and I've lost 13kg. I've done minimal exercise, other than trying to hit 8k steps a day

@Jason G thank you. Goal is to get to 120kg, just another 17kg to go and then set the next target.

30-Day Farmers Challenge (With Just One Kettlebell)
If you've only got one kettlebell to work with, try this instead... (a) Single Arm Farmers Walk (50 steps on each arm) (b) Offset Rack Carry (50 steps on each arm) (c) Goblet Carry (50 steps) (d) Offset Waiters Walk (50 steps on each arm) (e) Goblet Carry (50 steps) (f) Offset Rack Carry (50 steps on each arm) (g) Single Arm Farmers Walk (50 steps on each arm) [Repeat without putting kettlebell down until the distance, sets, or time you designated for the challenge is complete... I did it yesterday and my forearms, shoulders, lats, and core were on FIRE!!! For those of you doing the challenge, how's it going for you? Let me know in the comments. Make sure you make your daily accountability posts! Hands up...KEEP FIGHTING!!!

Started with 2 x 22lbs kettlebells at the start of the challenge and upgraded to 2 x 26lbs KB's yesterday. Felt a massive difference, grip gave up quicker and body was killing me by the end. I'm walking 150 lengths of my garden which is about 30 foot. Fitbit says I'm covering 1mile. I'll be back at it tomorrow

Hi All, Gareth from the UK. Just turned 44 this week, dad of 2 and have the dad bod to go with it. Trained in MMA, but suffered from sciatica so this put me out and never really picked it back up. Tried bootcamp training, going to gyms, but never stick with them for long as get bored. 16 weeks ago I collapsed, still waiting to be diagnosed why but that's the good old NHS for you !!! I'm now fed up and want to get my life back on track, loose the dad bod and start living with energy to terrorise my kids, like they do me.

@Chandler Marchman thank you. Yes will do. I'm using it as a sign my body isn't happy with me and changing my lifestyle. 💪
