Discouragement and feeling stuck
Hi everyone, Does anyone else ever feel a sensation of discouragement when things just aren't going as you'd expect? Sometimes I think that this business just isn't for me or that I'm not that passionate about it and therefore that is why I'm not making enough calls and procrastinate too much. I've already put a lot of time and money into it and I don't want to just quit and let people down. Usually when I think about this, I think about a different venture such as a hybrid online coach which fits more closely with me and my passions. Maybe I just need to get out of my own head and hammer on. I appreciate any help as this also isn't easy to admit

Update: Thanks everyone for all support all guidance provided, all of it was super helpful. I realised this was just a cycle of resistance because I felt so uncomfortable and I had to remember that it's natural and common. I genuinely started thinking about starting an entirely different business and was convincing myself to do something that I somewhat believed would be more comfortable. This was just delusion. I listened to 'The War of Art' on Audible and I recommend it to others also. It defined all of these psychological barriers such as discouragement, doubt, fear, etc as resistance and overcoming it. I looked over my vision/goals, my 'why' and got back on track and I ended up booking 2 appointments the next day which I am ecstatic about! @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell

How do you usually take care of the gatekeeper?
To people who do Cold Calls. What are you strategies conquering gatekeepers or people that aren't the owners? @Michael Edelberg any thoughts on this?

I like using the “Old Man Technique” for gatekeepers. I got this from Jeremy Miner who you should watch. https://youtu.be/pjf5uhOMcTc?si=G-xtF_IaprGG-iKs It’s especially great if you DON’T know the prospect’s name. If you DO KNOW the prospect’s name, I recommend watching Benjamin Dennehy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MR3ZdbjN8e0&ab_channel=TheUK%27sMostHatedSalesTrainer Some extra tips: Best Practices - Pay attention. Listen to their name, listen to what they’re saying. - Maintain control of the call - Maintain a sense of authority - Be vague, never elude to detail or give too much away - Short statements, followed by silence - Thank them for doing things they haven’t even done yet - Assume they will do what you want (“I’ll hold for him, thanks”) - Call as if you’re asking after a friend (pretend you’re asking for a friend when calling) Worst Practices - NEVER PITCH THE GATEKEEPER - Do not end your phrases with an upward inflection (state what you want and shut up) - Do not say anything that makes you sound like a salesperson - Don’t use your full name or ask for ‘Mr Smith’ or ‘John Smith’ - first name basis only - Befriending the gatekeeper / spending ages talking to them and building rapport - Eluding to more info, stuttering, taking your time to speak, being indirect.

@Rokas Jukna You're welcome :)
$4150 Deal Closed 💪🤯
Yo madness. My first high ticket client I closed someone today for a little over $4000 across a 90 day period. This gets me a little over $1250 a month which Is actually enough to support my cost of living It can actually be done. But as someone who struggled with signing high paying clients for a long time, I attribute this to three things (in order of importance) - Charlie Morgan - Mindset - Sales Charlie Morgan is like the Ronaldo of SMMA, I owe so much to him I never believed I'd be able to do this, because honestly, I didn't want to do the work and bear the responsibility. But after 9 months of failure I said fuck this, I'm not gonna fail with this any longer There are much bigger players in this group than me, but here's to joining you soon 🍾

AMAZING bro!! Congrats
Uncle Jimmy Getting Into The Arena (Realtime Sales Call)
Hey guys, I know a few of you have asked about my sales process and more specifically how I sell using discovery calls and proposals as opposed to 1 call closes. I decided to hijack one of @Jesan Sah real calls to show how I do it. The first 50 minutes or so is the actual call, then afterwards I do a recap of why I did what, and when. We are going to be sending the proposal out tomorrow, so we will document that process also. Let me know if you have any questions or get value from the approach.
