Have you guys ever tried a DCT with a $750 per month budget? And if I do sign a client who only wants to advertise with $750 is it worth it?

Hey guys, I started my smma 2 months ago and have two clients on a pay on results basis. They are in the renovation niche and each job is high ticket (7-30k) and my agency takes 8% of that each job we get them. The problem is that we have hired two media buyers from upwork now and both have not been able to get leads for our customers. We pay the ads as we are new and don’t want to waste people’s money. So far we have got them almost no leads. I need help with the service delivery. Right now we had a google expert from google set up a search campaign running on 15 bucks a day and still no results after a week. What should I do?
