Have you taken action ?
Did you implement the steps I talked about in my last video ? Have you planned something with a friend, went out at all ? Here is what I planned since I uploaded it : -See a girl in Turkey -See a girl in Norway -Go to the beach to see grand-parents with mother -Go do camping in the countryside -Go do hiking and camping in another country (increase difficulty) -Armwrestling session with the boys -2 days of MTB parkour with father if you STILL haven't taken action this is your sign to plan something on your own/with friends or family, I'm counting on you, don't let me down brother.

Functional Strength Training???
As of late I've come to question my workout schedule and motions. I've been kind of the same strength for a little while now, does anyone know a practical split for increasing everyday type of strength?

531, the best strength program out there. Im now cycling the variation called building the monolith aka 531 for size.

Also 5x5 variations can be good for building strength in short term.

Once again after managing to gain some weight back (84) I I dropped down to 80 kg, I've never been this light since I started my bulk, I have a really hard time eating anything because of the heat here in Belgium, feeling weak and insecure which makes me not want to go out or to the gym because of how ashamed I am, truly a vicious cycle lol but I have to put in the work still, gonna train forearms to get back on track now.
