Introduction
Hi guys my name is Jean-Carlos Gutierrez, been training with Nathan for a few weeks now, heโ€™s been super helpful. I am curious to know what occupations you guys do to help juggle your fitness/friends/family and what systems do you put into play to manage your time?

I am currently working full time in corporate America while simultaneously working toward my masters degree. Some days are hard and I have to make sacrifices. More specifically, Sunday is my designated school days where I grind out most of my work for the week. Would I rather go on a hike, spend time with family, or go swimming (especially in the summer)? Hell yes. But itโ€™s just the season I am currently in where I value my education and know it will pay off in the long run. Of course I still designate 1 hour during my Sunday towards running or lifting, and I honestly come back with a clear and refreshed mind to finish my work for the day. Like Matthew said, itโ€™s all about time blocking and auditing the heck out of yourself to figure out where you are losing precious time. Itโ€™s all about time management in the end!
Consistency with running
Pre-plan what youโ€™re doing and when youโ€™re doing it, so that you to consciously get into the habit of running/training. That way, it will become part of your weekly routine. Follow a training schedule and set a time that you're going to run each day. This way it can become a daily habit and routine. Most of my runs are pretty early in the morning, so I like to lay out my gear the night before so I'm prepared. Before anything else, preparation is the key to success.

Yes ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ the more consistently you run or train at a certain hour, the more it becomes second nature and habitual. You donโ€™t question it one bit, you just do it because itโ€™s something you always do. Thats why I like training at the same time every day!

Hi guys! My name is Ana! So excited to be a part of the community! 6 weeks ago i competed in my first bodybuilding show and in 16 weeks ill be doing my first marathon and after a hyrox competition! Any advice is welcomed :)

Water Consumption
One of the things that I find challenging is my water consumption. What hacks/steps do you take to ensure you drink enough water everyday? Whatโ€™s your daily goal for water intake? And does your water with a scoop of electrolytes count towards your daily goal? Thanks!!
