Daily Win is I Woke Up Early
I’ve finally prioritized my sleep schedule, which helps waking up early and doing what I love in the morning and get my workout done before 7am This is Day 2 of getting into an alpha class I love, and it really jumpstarts my day. And it’s energy carried into my mood and helps raise those dopamine levels so that i fell like I can do all things

Water Consumption
One of the things that I find challenging is my water consumption. What hacks/steps do you take to ensure you drink enough water everyday? What’s your daily goal for water intake? And does your water with a scoop of electrolytes count towards your daily goal? Thanks!!

I had this problem too but I saw a student in my class carrying a giant water bottle like the Yeti Galloon canisters. It gets pretty annoying at first but you get used to it. I’m in school so I need a lot more brain hydration for my studies. I’m also located in Southern California where it can get pretty hot. It just makes it easier rather than having to constantly refill a smaller jug and if I can fill it up twice a day then, I’m solid.
