Pre-plan what you’re doing and when you’re doing it, so that you to consciously get into the habit of running/training. That way, it will become part of your weekly routine. Follow a training schedule and set a time that you're going to run each day. This way it can become a daily habit and routine. Most of my runs are pretty early in the morning, so I like to lay out my gear the night before so I'm prepared. Before anything else, preparation is the key to success.
