Mentality
I’m currently playing grassroots however I’m the best on my team, though I bring my team to finals, my team, my coach and other teams often criticise me into not playing to my full ability as when I’m with friends I play spectacularly but on the field I’m fatigued by the hate. Any tips on improving confidence and improving mentality?

I had same problem around 9 months ago. And i dont know how i got confidence. For me it just came naturaly. Probably when you get better and more comfortable (for example: geting more confortable w your weak foot or geting more confident when you get 1v1 situaion exc.) What is your problem like do you get scared or… Write me in dm.
Day 8 of trying to get to highest academy level possible in 2025
Hello guys, as i said i tried to break my juggling record wich is 1950. And it stayed like that, i did not made it more than that, i did 1143 and ball got out of me and i failed, but it did not made me dissapointed and i did 30 min wall passing session right after. After that i gone to field with my friend and we just passes daisy cutters a bit, and long balls and we also played some 1v1’s. I won every single 1v1 and that showed me i need to find somebody better to play with so i can improve. We stayed around 1 hour and 30 mins. After i gor home i rested and did 30 min upper body workout. For tomorow i have a team training and i will write a bit why i cant go to every team training session. Se yall tomorow!

I dont like playing anymore
Ever since I started playing I always had that aim of being a professional but constantly struggled with confidence and motivation. I feel like this over time gave me such a negative perception of football to the point where playing it wasn't fun, i would constantly overthink about it and would only play football if my friends were playing it. I always had moments of intense motivation that changed into moments of overbearing laziness that took over me. I always train for the sake of training, for my friends to not call me undedicated but never for myself or my dream. What do I do?

look bro, everybody have those tought times, but the most important thing is how you react to it. so dont get too much motivated when you play good and dont get so disapointed when you play bad. if you wana to improve. dm me. i can help you
Day 7 of trying to get to highest academy level possible in 2025
Hello guys, today, i officialy finished 1st week of this journey. After only 7 days of dedicates work i already seen improvements, esspecialy in my technique. For today i had planed a team training at one of my local teams (i dont play at that team, my team is at higher level) But it is canceled because of extreme raining and wind. For today, i did: 60 min full body workout. 10 min warm up 20 min upper body 10 min lower body explosivity 10 min core work 10 min of foam rolling. Because of 1st week, tomorow i am gona to try to break my curent juggling record. (Of course if weather get better) My curent record is 1985 Se yall tomorow

Day 6 of trying to get to highest academy level possible in 2025
Hello guys, for day 6 i again did solo technical session. for today i did: -for warm-up i run 1 lap around field w ball and a bit of warm up exercieses -after that i did a bit of some type of fitness w ball, but focus ben more at dribbling i have 50 cones, i put one on ground and other 49 i just post randomly and make large ronaldinho drill after i get trough it i do around 5-10 ground wall passes w scaning. then i do half turn and get again to ronaldinho drill and then do 1v1 move at that cone, rest for 10-20 sec and repeat 20x. really good drill -after that i did a plus drill-it is how drill is called i founded it on 7mlc chanel you put 5 cones in + shape and go around every cone. counter clocwise w right foot and clockwise w left foot. i did 4x with each foot (8 in total) and then i made that drill much bigger and did same thing 3x each foot -after that i worked in reciving ball in pressure, where you pass the ball at wall and put a cone 1 m in front of you and you try to feint it and get around it as fast and sharp as possible 15x each side -and then i did worked at reciving from air with both feet, all surfaces of my feet and chest. directional touch exc. -and i just did juggling to clear my mind from session and i did no restrictions, tried many variations, tricks exc. -then i did around 10 min of tenis ball juggling after i came home i did 10 min of foam rolling session took around 2-3h i really feel improvement in these 6 days. i became sharper on ball, sprint faster and became more agile w ball see you tomorow after i finish 1st week. thanks.
