Hello guys, today, i officialy finished 1st week of this journey. After only 7 days of dedicates work i already seen improvements, esspecialy in my technique. For today i had planed a team training at one of my local teams (i dont play at that team, my team is at higher level)
But it is canceled because of extreme raining and wind.
For today, i did:
60 min full body workout.
10 min warm up
20 min upper body
10 min lower body explosivity
10 min core work
10 min of foam rolling.
Because of 1st week, tomorow i am gona to try to break my curent juggling record. (Of course if weather get better)
My curent record is 1985
