I dont like playing anymore
Ever since I started playing I always had that aim of being a professional but constantly struggled with confidence and motivation. I feel like this over time gave me such a negative perception of football to the point where playing it wasn't fun, i would constantly overthink about it and would only play football if my friends were playing it. I always had moments of intense motivation that changed into moments of overbearing laziness that took over me. I always train for the sake of training, for my friends to not call me undedicated but never for myself or my dream. What do I do?

Struggle, help would be appreciated
Why is it that after playing football for a long time but training and playing with my friends alot I am still stuck so low down? I play with people and train with people out of school who play at the jpl (Junior premier league level) who I am technically as good as if not even better. But when it comes to a game or training with my club all my effort goes to waste? I cant use any of the skills or things I know and when I try them, they are not nearly as good as they normally are. I know mindset and confidence is a big issue for me but this training session (for my team) my confidence wasn't too bad yet I couldn't do anything. My friends on the other hand are playing the best football of their life scoring goal after goal whilst I'm stuck in division 4 hardly making a difference and at times hindering my team. Sometimes though I play good in matches but this is at a separate place where me and my friends go to train and people occasionally have matches there. Yes, some of the people there don't play football but others are very good? Is it because I thrive against people who aren't that good but when it comes to playing against a team with structured football I cant do it? What can I do? Is it just because of my lack of talent or is there a bigger problem?

Injury
Me and my friend were playing football doing 1v1 but when it was my turn attacking, he did a dangerous asf tackle which got the ball first but also my legs which were accelerating towards the ball (good tackle tbf) and I rolled on my left shoulder quite badly. Now that I'm home, simple tasks make it hurts like contracting my back muscles, inhaling in or moving the left side of my body much. I have upper body tmr so should I skip it or wait and see if it gets better? What can I do for it to get better?
