My friend says to play football everyday (since we're young and need to get better) even when I say to prioritize more rest, whos right?
  • monday: plyometrics (strength based) + light football (45-1hr)
  • tuesday: upper body and football 2-3hrs
  • wednesday: plyometric (speed and agility) and 45 min -1hr of light football
  • thursday: upperbody and football training at schl and for club
  • friday: light football (touch and shooting based, light plyometrics, active recovery
  • saturday: match, upperbody
  • sunday: recovery, football for 2 hrs
