Hello guys, for day 6 i again did solo technical session.
for today i did:
-for warm-up i run 1 lap around field w ball and a bit of warm up exercieses
-after that i did a bit of some type of fitness w ball, but focus ben more at dribbling
i have 50 cones, i put one on ground and other 49 i just post randomly and make large ronaldinho drill
after i get trough it i do around 5-10 ground wall passes w scaning. then i do half turn and get again to ronaldinho drill and then do 1v1 move at that cone, rest for 10-20 sec and repeat 20x. really good drill
-after that i did a plus drill-it is how drill is called i founded it on 7mlc chanel
you put 5 cones in + shape and go around every cone. counter clocwise w right foot and clockwise w left foot. i did 4x with each foot (8 in total) and then i made that drill much bigger and did same thing 3x each foot
-after that i worked in reciving ball in pressure, where you pass the ball at wall and put a cone 1 m in front of you and you try to feint it and get around it as fast and sharp as possible 15x each side
-and then i did worked at reciving from air with both feet, all surfaces of my feet and chest. directional touch exc.
-and i just did juggling to clear my mind from session and i did no restrictions, tried many variations, tricks exc.
-then i did around 10 min of tenis ball juggling
after i came home i did 10 min of foam rolling
session took around 2-3h
i really feel improvement in these 6 days. i became sharper on ball, sprint faster and became more agile w ball
