You have to continue to evaluate every aspect of your life. You will never be your best self if you are satisfied with the status quo! Look to ppl you admire, respect, have good moral character, then evaluate yourself. How do u measure up? There is always work to be done. Great topic Anthony!

Nick Lavery
If you don’t know who Nick Lavery is he’s an SF guy from Boston Mass, who lost his leg in the sandbox during a planned insurgent attack on the FOB. He returned to his team and carries extra legs that weigh about 9lbs each into combat missions. As @Anthony Shefferly discusses he has his day planned to the min. Once he puts his leg on the clock is ticking and he can not afford any wasted movements.

This week goal is try to hit 150grams of Protein per day. Either through meals, shakes, bars etc. I have to get rid of these snack cravings and eat cleaner. I know this clean eating will take time , but I will look back one day soon and say Hell ya!
