You took my breath away with this giveaway 😄
Breath Hold Times (August 31st to September 7th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here Let's go & double your breath hold! 🧑‍🏫 Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Post all seven days, and you may be the lucky winner of the Breath Hold Mastery course 😎 And last (but not least) a little shout out to last weeks top 10 leaderboard: @Curro Cachinero @Denis Blanchard @Mir Jam @Edward Brittain @Kristopher Pensenti @Tina Mosner @Deleted @Francois Godineau @Natalia Gijsbers @Mary Shorten

Day 2, following normal instructions from.the challenge (10 resistance breaths + 3 warm up). Did 4 rounds, the first one was very disappointing like it's been for the past week. From.2nd to 4th i felt way better and relaxed and noted that on my times. R1 1:26 R2 2:14 R3 2:19 R4 2:41 Still short of my goal of 3+, but I'm going slowly this week, getting used back to the sensations, no pushing to much, relearning to accept, tolerate and relax.

@Javier Quappe sound great Javier, like i the gym, not gonna get a max everyday, but it's still very close. Keep it up. Doing it in a pool in summer with a nice water temperature is definitely a great experience. Enjoy it

Day 3, last day in Mexico. Still couldn't find my flow with breathholds here. The warm up breathing felt very relaxed, i even was meditating for 15 minutes before. Started the firrst round holding, felt Ok, but suddenly the diaphragm reflexes kicked ik very strongly and couldn't continue. As this was the case each first reoind this week, it didnt concern me much, surely next rounds would be better. 2nd round also started feeling ok, but tye contractions happened even more abruptly this time. That was strange. 3rd round was ok but still well below my normal. 1st - 0:57 2nd - 0:45 3rd - 1:17 A nice kick of humbleness to my ego of thinkig i had breathholding kind of controlled. Oa try to stay more consistent practicing. I'm coming back to sea level tomorrow so i guess it will get easier anyways.

Days 4 and 5, back at sea level. Day 4 did it before going to sleep, just to relax after a very long day and a half. Both rounds where about 1:30, which seems to be my default time for diaphragm contractions. Since i wanted to sleep, decided to stop as soom as i felt the minor discomfort. Day 5 in the morning before breakfast, R1 1:30 - R2 2:00. Felt very relaxed, didn't do great times because i also decided not to push today. Still the when the contractions came i managed to stay calmed and relaxed and hold for bit longer. Could have kept going at it for at least 30 seconds afteri decided to stop, but as i said, didnt ffeel like straining today. The sensation after exhaling and breathing back in was very calmed. Very different sensations to what i felt in Mexico in the height, with shorter times (mostly less than 1miin except Day 2) but mostly a sensation of stress and desperation to breath back in. So I guess the height does really impact.
Breath Hold Times - July (Post ALL Times here)
The first monthly Breath Hold Time thread - with many more to come. Post your daily breath hold times & share your experiences here. Encourage & congratulate others - we will all be dolphins by the end of the month! We'll pick a monthly winner at random who will win a lucky prize (woo-hoo!). It's not based on how high you score (because... it's YOUR personal journey - so it does not matter if you hold only for a minute and someone else for 3 minutes).

Will You Help Us Break 1.000 Members Tonight?
What is a revolution without friends? For those who joined us on the first day of the month (or even sooner), you have all felt the change. Fighting the strongest reflex in life - life itself - unlocks a hidden superpower within you. It would totally unfair to keep this from people, especially those who need it the most. So, I ask for your help in sharing the message to as many people as possible. Make it a friendly competition. Who is the dolphin among your friends? 🐬 (P.S. Since you are already in this group, you got a head start) How do you share? Just send or post the link to our group: → https://www.skool.com/breath-hold-challenge/about It's easy as pie! And it would be much appreciated 🙏
