Great questions! I never try new diets, I know I just need to choose healthy foods and drink plenty of water. When I try to lose weight, I just try to eat only healthy foods that are good for me. My motivation dwindles, and I allow unhealthy foods back in my choices. I want to lose weight so I feel better in my body, easier to move my body, enjoy the way I feel in my body and in my clothes, and so I like how I look. I'm willing to put a good amount of effort into meeting my goals. Need reminders, help refocusing FREQUENTLY and support to stay on track. Also, I need variety in my meals so I don't get tired of my food and make unhealthy choices to add variety.

I think lack of variety is a big issue for me. My cycle goes like this, I eat super healthy, lose a few pounds, get tired of my only healthy food, begin adding a few ‘not so healthy foods’, and on and on, and repeat. And of gain back the few pounds I lost. 🤪

You don’t need to be perfect, but you DO need to know your limits. This is how to score yourself with your weakness foods. If your answers aren’t all green, you may need to consider removing it from your life. Questions 1) How much are you in control around that food? 1-6 ❌ 7-10 ✅ 2) How much do you enjoy that food? 1-7 ❌ 8-10 ✅ 3) How often do you regret eating that food. 1-3 ✅ 4-10 ❌
