Some good old school sex drugs and rock & roll. Gets the juices flowing.
Ankles , knees and hips
Idk what I’m doing wrong but almost every time I go for my run I find either A. all of a sudden I have sharp ankle pain B. knee pain C. hip pain Or D. all the above and it doesn’t matter how much stretching I do before hand it’s one of the three or all three something just gets tweaked weird and then it hurts the rest of the run for about a day then it’s gone idk if it’s the way I run my stride or what

Running is a very quad dominate activity, in addition to the above strength training definitely add some work for your glutes and hamstrings in there as well.

Morning, I did my 10 years and have been out for a couple of decades. The middle age spread has started, and a few old injuries from "back in the day" have creeped up. I'm a West Coast boy, and now settled down on the west side of Vancouver Island. So, if anybody wants a nice place to relax and maybe do some fishing reach out. I'm hear for 2 main reasons, motivation and community. Ok, and maybe some weight loss...

Different equipment options and how we can fit them into our workouts, as different facilities (including our homes) all have different equipment & layouts. IE kettlebells, medicine balls, landmine, TRX, etc.
