Idk what I’m doing wrong but almost every time I go for my run I find either
A. all of a sudden I have sharp ankle pain
B. knee pain
C. hip pain
Or
D. all the above
and it doesn’t matter how much stretching I do before hand it’s one of the three or all three something just gets tweaked weird and then it hurts the rest of the run for about a day then it’s gone idk if it’s the way I run my stride or what
