Great question today from @Samson Robertson Samson is dealing with pain in his joints when he runs...so say we all. The good news is that it doesn't have to hurt when you run. 🤔 How To Fix Joint Pain From Running (RESPONSE)
Ankles , knees and hips
Idk what I’m doing wrong but almost every time I go for my run I find either A. all of a sudden I have sharp ankle pain B. knee pain C. hip pain Or D. all the above and it doesn’t matter how much stretching I do before hand it’s one of the three or all three something just gets tweaked weird and then it hurts the rest of the run for about a day then it’s gone idk if it’s the way I run my stride or what

Back hurting during sit ups
Dave Morrow I a question for you I started back working out at the end of June. I work out every day doing different things. I started doing sit up to help with my abs Im doing 3 to 4 set of 20 and taking a minute or two break between sets. Im having lower back pain while doing my sit ups Im engaging my core while doing my sets. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to not have back pain. Thanks Bryan
