I have a request for assistance please, is it best practice to have a detailed prompt in Vapi or is it better to keep the Vapi prompt short and to the point, but give the assistant the information or RAG data by attaching a file to the assistant?

Hey everyone! I’m Daniel ! I'm new to all of this and this might actually be my first real attempt at engineering a prompt haha ! I created one for a voice agent assistant, and, to my surprise, it’s working really well! I’m honestly not sure if it’s a good prompt or just lucky, but I’d love to get your thoughts. I'm not sure what's going on here .. when I click the drop-down voice menu in the voice configuration tab, I see a bunch of test voices that I can't preview and don't want to use any way .. they seem to the other people's test voices.. I'm a little confused.. When I go to the VAPI voice library, of course, I have endless options but I don't know how to select and use them.. For some reason the sync button isn't available.. ? Says to add credentials to sync private voices.. Happy to do that but don't know what it means though .. where do I add credentials..?? I tried loading them manually by copying the Individual voice ID and then selecting add voice ID manually.. that isn't working.. I keep getting this error message whenever I try to select 11 labs in the voice configuration tab.. I'm unable to select the "model".. Is there some API key or some configuration that I'm just missing here ..? Deepest appreciation 🙏✨🙏✨🙏 Daniel
