SOS - I'm struggling with the VAPI voice library

I'm not sure what's going on here

.. when I click the drop-down voice menu in the voice configuration tab, I see a bunch of test voices that I can't preview and don't want to use any way .. they seem to the other people's test voices.. I'm a little confused..

When I go to the VAPI voice library, of course, I have endless options but I don't know how to select and use them..

For some reason the sync button isn't available.. ?

Says to add credentials to sync private voices..

Happy to do that but don't know what it means though .. where do I add credentials..??

I tried loading them manually by copying the

Individual voice ID and then selecting add voice ID manually.. that isn't working..

I keep getting this error message whenever I try to select 11 labs in the voice configuration tab..

I'm unable to select the "model"..

Is there some API key or some configuration that I'm just missing here ..?
