Can’t wait to get this in with a few clients. May not be as buttery smooth but we will try!
The MINIMUM you should be charging clients..
Understand your numbers! To set your rates as a personal trainer, start by calculating how much you need to make each month. This includes both personal living expenses (rent, bills, food) and business costs (gym fees, equipment, certifications). For example, if you need $4,000 to cover personal expenses and $1,000 for business costs, your total target income is $5,000 per month. Next, figure out how many hours you can realistically train. Let’s say you can train 20 hours a week, which totals 80 hours a month. To find your minimum hourly rate, divide your total monthly target ($5,000) by your available hours (80). $5,000 ÷ 80 hours = $63/hour or per session. Simple way to find your minimum rate. You should NEVER charge less than this.

This is solid. Guys I’ve been training for 5 years independently. Charge what you are worth! Don’t race to the bottom to try and attract everyone. Stand your ground, charge a fair amount, and deliver awesome sessions. Some people may say your training is too expensive, that’s ok. Know your worth! 🙏🏼
The more you engage.. the more you UNLOCK!
Courses are FREE but comes at a PRICE (how does that work?) It’s going to cost your time, your engagement, your story, your advice or feedback. The way the academy is set up is every time you engage you get points. More points you get, more of the academy you unlock! We will be spending a lot of our time on here so we want to get to know you. Get to know your story, how we can help you.. Get a quick point while you’re here.. Where you from? We want to know.

Full Fundamentals Class - 3 Different Types Of Jabs
Hey guys, below is one of our fundamentals class we ran for our gym the other day. A lot of you guys told us on the questionnaire that you filled in when you signed up that a big challenge was not knowing how to run a class or how to structure a boxing class. We thought the best way to help is to show you guys one of our fundamental classes in its entirety. Pay attention to how Horrace controls the class & slowly builds the drill for all the members. Horrace covers 3 different types of jabs (there are plenty more but these were the ones we were working on that week) If you want you can use everything in this video and replicate it for your own classes Hope this helps fam

It’s so important to work these fundamentals. So many clients want to work pads but I think it’s important we don’t fall into that trap and drill all of the basics. It’s not always sexy but it’s definitely the building blocks! Appreciate you boys!
Foot work drills
I made sure to add your basic footwork drills into my class today. Later on I worked the same drill into a few Kickboxing drills. Great stuff!!!
