Soreness = muscle building?
I did chest today with dumbells and dips, but i dont feel soreness or chest activating when doing them (just very little) Do you have to be sore to build muscle? (The gif is not me by the way, just a dream physique of mine)

@Francis Ii its been okay, im starting to feel it by adding weight. That was just the problem lol
What is your FAVOURITE go-to source of protein?
Here's mine: 200g Chicken breast No salt, no seasoning, no sauce, no marinate Boiled for 15 minutes, eaten straight out of the pot. Some say I'm insane, but that's 60g of protein at 320kcal What's yours?

Insecurity
I might have wide hip/pelvis bone, which makes makes my body look so weird and i hate it. Im 16 but i have some muscle and wanted to know if anyone experiences the same and how do i achieve the aesthetic physique with the wide hips?

I didnt think i could achieve it but i actually could do 5-7 archer pushups now!! I never couldve done archer push ups before

Chest/skinnyfat
I always wanted a good chest but even after a 2 years of pushups, i never felt in my chest or sore in it.. i still have a little bit of skinny fat physique but have a some muscle too but i got love handles and gyno (i think) that bothers me alot. Im trying to have the aesthetic physique but dont know how to lose the fat or build my chest better than it looks like sump weird lump Max pushup 20-30

@Brandon Maloney thank you, i tried it and you were right! When i tried it, i only could do 17 push ups when trying to touch my chest to the ground and pause at the bottom which started feeling a bit on my middle chest. But how am i able to hit my lower chest? And for the surplus, are you sure i should go on a surplus? Because im trying to aim a lean body
