@Anthony Shefferly Admin has to take liability into consideration when training us and what training is offered, minimum hours/standards, and what is mandatory mandatory. Some do the minimum and some departments do well over the minimum. We also have officers that hate training and don’t give two shits. Check the box and see you next year. They are often the ones causing liability. 🤷♂️

Brunch
Had an early dentist appointment and skipped breakfast. Got home and took a walk with the dog before making brunch. Used 1/2 of a leftover stuffed pepper with ground Turkey, rice and a little sauce. Wilted spinach and cooked two eggs in it. The game changer is smoked jalapeño dust.
