New Discovery algorithm update
Now we show the top 5 groups from every category on the homepage in random order. This gives groups from all categories a better chance of being discovered. Plus it's more fun. We used to rank all groups globally, now we rank them per category. We tried a new algorithm, but as many of you pointed out, it wasn't very good. We reverted to the original algorithm. Thank you for your feedback. Our intention is to make things better, and we did, but we had to make things worse for 24h to get there. Sorry about that. More detail in the video. Enjoy!

Need a Business advice 🥹
real quick - I‘m quitting my job as a Google Ads Manager (Teamlead) to Start my own agency. I have a friend who wants to be part of the project as well. Problem is: he is not specialized in any Marketing spectrum but I know he can get shit done… He wants to go 50/50 but I dont know how this will work out as I know I‘m doing the work on our clients and je is not a Sales Guy. How can I get this to work? 😅 I hope you can understand ?

I don't like operating with partners that don't have business experience. I'd say do it alone as it's your first crack. Frankly, there's nothing he could offer that you can't do, so why not do it all alone...this is especially true if he's not a sales guy.
Here’s a doozy
Why did you join skool? Trust circle! Lol but seriously what was your reason? Your WHY?

A friend referred me, and I thought this was the best place to teach people e-commerce and also track my journey scaling MK1

@Sarah Richardson Haha I appreciate the compliment. I'm feeling geat about it. As you can imagine, it's not my first priority, but I'm able to pop in, drop meaningful lessons, and help people as I go. The group is growing at a steady pace, and like with anything...I believe time and effort will lead to good things here.
How To Rank #1 On Google Ads 🏆
Firstly, you must know this is an ART and not a SCIENCE. MK1 consistently ranks high on Google ads, and here's why... 1. Budget - Higher budgets can sustain more clicks and impressions, increasing the chances of your ads being displayed frequently and in higher positions. 2. Quality Score - It is based on the relevance of your ads, keywords, and landing pages. Higher Quality Scores can lead to better ad positions and lower costs per click. 3. Ad Relevance - Highly relevant ads are more likely to get clicks and provide a better user experience, which can improve your ad ranking. 4. Ad Extensions - Ad extensions enhance your ads with additional information, such as sitelinks, callouts, and contact details. These can increase the ad's visibility, improve click-through rates, and ultimately contribute to a higher ad ranking. 5. Historical Performance—Your ads' and account's historical performance indicates to Google how reliable and effective your ads have been. Consistently good performance can influence your ad rankings by demonstrating trustworthiness and relevance. Beyond ads optimization, there are a ton of things you need to get right to win on the digital shelf. I always say your success will begin and end with the product. If you found this insightful, let me know, happy to answer any questions. 🫡 Back to my hole scaling! 🕳️ 📈

Should I Switch My Niche
This is my niche for now: "I help student entrepreneurs do 6+ hours of focused work a day on their business while in school by improving productivity and time management skills without sacrificing sleep, social life, or burning out." Possible niche I want to change to: "I help agency owners and copywriters making between 1-3k/month get to 5k/month by doing 6+ hours of focused work a day without sacrificing sleep, social life, or burning out." I don't think I will target students because they don't have so much money right now Reasons to change: More buying power My paid clients are 2 copywriters and an agency owner More specific Cons: Harder to find (maybe?) Why would they trust me? Harder for me to relate to. Conclusion: I know almost nothing about agency owners and copywriters but they have a bigger pain, more purchasing power and are a growing market. I can provide them with the productivity help they need to get to 5k/month though. Personally, I'm leaning a bit towards switching. Also when doing this should I let all people in my community and only coach my niche or should I let only potential clients for my niche in my community?
