Need a Business advice 🥹
real quick - I‘m quitting my job as a Google Ads Manager (Teamlead) to Start my own agency. I have a friend who wants to be part of the project as well. Problem is: he is not specialized in any Marketing spectrum but I know he can get shit done…
He wants to go 50/50 but I dont know how this will work out as I know I‘m doing the work on our clients and je is not a Sales Guy.
How can I get this to work? 😅
