First of all, my accuracy is also not the greatest. But a tip i would know is to face the direction you want to play towards. It makes it easier to play the ball in that direction and dont have it fly to somewhere else. So you shouldn'tbe angled towards the receiver but to where you want to play the ball. Hope that helps!
Middle blocker
Is the position of middle blocker underrated?

It's not really underrated i would say, from what others told me they find this Position very exhausting, as you have to be pretty quick and Jump pretty often. Of course you get your breaks with the Libero, but still...but i personally as a middle blocker enjoy it quite much
How can I get more grip
Unfortunately, our gym attendant has cleaned the floor incorrectly, which is why it's very slippery and has hardly any grip. We are also the last group to use the gym in the evening, so it's also very dusty when we train. I've already tried briefly mopping the floor before practice, but that doesn't help because of the incorrect cleaning. I'm scared to hurt myself when I fully commit to a jump (a teammate twisted his ankle when the gym was freshly "cleaned" and he jumped). At a tournament we were in a different gym, but there I also had the feeling that I kept slipping. What do you do when the ground is extremely slippery? Is there some hack to get your shoes more grippy?

I often just swipe over my shoes with my hands every few points to give them some more grip again, at least it helped so far with Dusty floors. But you have to do it pretty often so your shoes stay like that throughout the match. Other method would be to use a slightly wet towel and step onto it to make it more gripping. But i dont know if it would hold through the whole match like this. Otherwise the shoes might be the reason, as the profile under them are too much worn down, i had that gripping Problem with my old shoes for a long time. Hope that helps!

@Takumi Sato Never tried it with any of these so i cant really tell you much about that, sorry. But i guess if that special grip spray is for such situations it might work, but maybe more research should be done in order to be sure...if you tried any of these things lmk how it went!
