How can I get more grip
Unfortunately, our gym attendant has cleaned the floor incorrectly, which is why it's very slippery and has hardly any grip.
We are also the last group to use the gym in the evening, so it's also very dusty when we train.
I've already tried briefly mopping the floor before practice, but that doesn't help because of the incorrect cleaning.
I'm scared to hurt myself when I fully commit to a jump (a teammate twisted his ankle when the gym was freshly "cleaned" and he jumped).
At a tournament we were in a different gym, but there I also had the feeling that I kept slipping.
What do you do when the ground is extremely slippery? Is there some hack to get your shoes more grippy?
