Any thoughts on continuing to do hbot during the rest period of the protocol?

Hi everyone— I’m on informational overload, Looking to clarify the protocol logistics and to identify my DON dose. Do I have this correct; a “Round” is a 21 day pulse that includes optimal GKI on hbot days with dosing to reduce glutamine on the days. An example would be a Monday, Wednesday, Friday for two weeks ( 6 pulsing days, then take 2 weeks off to rest? Where can I find dosages of DON / weight for those pulsing days? Thank you for your references and help!

New to this journey. Starting chemo again this morning (NZT) just did my GKI and it is the first time I have got it under 2. It is 1.8. A real boost going into chemo. Just wanted to say thanks for the knowledge and support. Ketosis is an amazing thing. So personalised. Has taken a couple of weeks to find the things that work for my body. Has been a great experience getting to know how my metabolism works. So cool having a community of like minded souls with amazing resources. May you all find some smiles today.

Exogenous ketones before HBOT will increase cancer-killing effect though, I didn't know that before. I thought if was just to ward off symptoms of hypoglaecimia!

I’m a newbie, trying to get up to speed, 3 weeks since diagnosis, stage 4, INC, no standard of care treatments. Overwhelmed is an understatement— but I keep saying bring it on cause I can figure this new world out.
