Clarity on pulse logistics/ dosages
Hi everyone— I’m on informational overload, Looking to clarify the protocol logistics and to identify my DON dose. Do I have this correct; a “Round” is a 21 day pulse that includes optimal GKI on hbot days with dosing to reduce glutamine on the days.
An example would be a Monday, Wednesday, Friday for two weeks ( 6 pulsing days, then take 2 weeks off to rest?
Where can I find dosages of DON / weight for those pulsing days?
