Hey Trent, Dpdr can be pretty rough… usually the most uncomfortable symptoms are the last to leave.. its like anxiety just checking make sure you’re safe.. but keep doing what you’re doing.. Claire Weekes has a term called Floating .. which is basically even though you feel it you just keep doing whatever you need or want to do while it’s present & over time it will subside on its own. Don’t even give it too much of your attention instead treat it like an unexpected visitor but one that’s allowed to stay .. & as you keep shifting how you respond to it, keep with your teas & whatever else makes you happy, you should be fine. I’m happy to hear you are doing so much better 🫶🏼 you got this

Hi I would like to know after you start to feel better when drinking the AFT how long do the brain fog and feeling like you out of your body last for?

Hey Sharay, it varies person to person. Some people symptoms subside after 1 cup while others 3-6months .. or more .. some maybe after a week or 2 .. what we focus on grows .. so continue drinking your teas & try to focus on more exciting things other than anxiety 🫶🏼
Blood count and anxiety
Has anyone ever had a higher white blood count from the stress and anxiety? Mine has been up but been going down. I read up that stress and anxiety can cause it to spike due to to some type of inflammation that happens.

Mine is higher too, I have inflammation in my sinus tract, throat & stomach still !! which is also known to be connected to anxiety.
AFT
hey everyone I'm new here i have GAD and OCD and I'm on my healing journey and it has been tough i had my first cup of AFT last night but I've been struggling with sleep and intrusive thoughts I'm normally able to sleep like a baby but recently my mind races and i cant seem to get enough sleep. and i just want to get a balance in my life again to where i can go back to work and not struggle with fear everyday.
