Be Honest... Who Does In-Season Training Here?
Once upon a time I thought the off-season was the only time I needed to prioritize off-ice strength training. Until I starting learning more about how developing strength actually works as a hockey player. But the fact is no coach ever told me. Had I known, I would've just stayed at it and done it all a whole lot earlier. But why am I saying this? 1) You need to keep plugging away at strength training during the season. 2) Here's how I'm going to help the top 1% of this group. (Paid Community Coming Soon) 3) I've Created 3 Tiers of In-Season Off-Ice Training Programs - Tier 1 - Beginners In-Season Off-Ice Training Program (Bodyweight Dominant) - Tier 2 - Intermediate In-Season Off-Ice Training Program - Tier 3 - Jr, College & Pro In-Season Off-Ice Training Program Tomorrow their will be a major announcement on how to get access.
