I haven’t listened yet hope to this weekend… my mother in law told me about some study she read about that said protein shakes were coating people’s stomachs! I am dying to know if it’s shake powders or just the premade garbage like cough cough premier cough ;) i need to find this study! Have you heard of it? What are your thoughts on premade shakes

@Tasha Bates yes the premade not the shake powders but i dont know fully. i need to find the study. i asked her to send me the article but she still hasn't... I did find this article https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4508936/ but I don't think is this what she was talking about. I'll keep digging

I prefer strength over cardio but it’s a double whammy when i combine them but i noticed if i did that too many days in a row id get sick my old trainer told me it was probably adrenal burn out - thoughts? is there a good rotation you suggest? like 3 days on 2 days off with stretching/yoga or something?

Hi I live in Layton, UT... and I'm a certified heart-centered life coach w/additional training in trauma, abuse, health & wellness, and various therapeutic modalities. I'm perpetually learning so you can find me either reading a book, in a class or hangin' with my people... like this group! ;-) I do love to hike, camp, do artsy stuff or just chill with my little fam... our kids dominate our free time which fantastic we are still in that stage of life - it goes by too quickly! I can't wait to get to know ya'll better :)
