@Marie Cahill ๐Ÿ’ฏ Check off mandatory wins ๐Ÿ† first: Protein โœ… Water โœ… Steps (or workout) โœ… Sleep โœ… Then work in a starch and fruit pre and/or post workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Simple! NOT easy. But simple ;)

I have a 12. I've been weight training and cardio for years but have recently been unmotivated and slacked off. I'm looking forward to a new program, particularly the eating plan. That's what I really need to dial in.

95/5 rule!
Got some inspirational advice from coach Sean the other day. So today working on the 95/5 rule mindset. Whatโ€™s gone right today??? 1. Got a message from Sean first thing 2. Completed a 40 min total body strength workout then 35 min pace walk with pup to get outside 3. listened to the Luke Mind Power podcast on Spotify about Overthinking is destroying your peace. 4. came up with a new mantra for lifeโ€ฆ 5. combined leftovers from last nights dinner and added more protein. See picture below.. sauteรฉd Brussel sprouts with Salmon and 3 eggs. (Picture below) 6. leaving right now to join a gym so I can be better prepared for these workouts with access to the right equipment. 7. Will see you all at the 6 Oโ€™clock coaching call!!!! In the end when I look at all this, I think even if I donโ€™t get done ALL the things I had on my โœ… list mentally to do around the house, I took care of ME!!! And right now that has to be #1. And that makes the 5% seem less important. God Bless ๐Ÿ™
