Sometimes I need something quick to reset my brain and my body. Today’s meditation about feeling grounded and rooted where my body was touch the floor was real damn helpful. Honestly…I could’ve sat for far longer than the 5 minutes. Feeling consistent and better able to channel my breath on day 20.

Reflecting
Just a quick reflection after being consistent with meditation for the past 16 days. I feel the meditation and breathing pushing their way into my life in certain ways and at certain times. I’m not convinced yet that my brain is ever actually going to allow me to be fucking chill. But my goal is to be 90 days consistent and hope that I keep loving it and learning and using it so much that the 90 days of meditation go on for a lifetime.

@Justin Ayala it absolutely is from that episode. 😂
Day 16
How does YB always know what I need and when I need to hear it?! Panic attacks are the worst but YB taught me to say “hi anxiety” and it actually makes ya laugh if ya try it. Day 16 was probably one of my favs! 💪

Panic attacks are no joke. I might actually start chatting with my anxiety. Maybe it’ll give me a more positive spin on the shit I’m feeling all the time.

Dude. My higher self is somewhere else right now and I can’t find her. Like, she shows up sometimes and makes me feel good, and then she ghosts me for a bit. I’m still working on that part. But I suppose the best part is that I’m not giving up. I’m learning more and more about myself. And I’m trying so hard to not complicate things and just fucking breathe. This is a journey and I want it to last. It’s work. But it’s worth it. My safe spaces, my safe objects, my safe people—I’ve got them. Now, if my higher self would show her ass up I might actually get somewhere with this.
what the f*ck do I want?
I attended a talk with James Clear, author of Atomic Habits. He shared that every morning, he asks himself, What do I want?—not what others want for him, but what he truly wants. This insight resonated deeply with me, and I wanted to pass it along to you. 💡 We often live our lives trying to meet the expectations of other f*ckers—family, friends, society. 😤 But how often do we stop and ask ourselves, What do I actually f*cking want for my own life? 🤔 It’s easy to get caught up in what others think is best for us, but the truth is, if we constantly live by someone else’s standards, we lose touch with our own desires, passions, and goals. 🌱 Now, don’t get me wrong, f*ck face—if you have kids or other responsibilities, of course, they need to be taken care of. 👶 But even with those responsibilities, it’s still important to ask yourself: What the f*ck do I want? 🧠 It’s okay to be selfish, and in fact, sometimes, it’s necessary. Prioritizing what you want isn’t about being inconsiderate—it’s about owning your life and your choices. 🔥 If you’re always living for someone else, you’ll never get to experience the fullness of your own potential. 🚀 Being selfish doesn’t mean disregarding others, but rather, it’s about setting boundaries and ensuring that your own needs and dreams don’t get buried under the weight of other people’s expectations. 🌟 When you get clear on what you want, and give yourself permission to pursue it, that’s when true growth and fulfillment happen. 💪 So, what do you want? What makes you feel alive? Start there, and don’t apologize for putting yourself first. 💯 Drop in the comments what the f*ck you want today! ⬇️

For today, and hopefully most days, I just want to love myself enough. Support myself. See the good in me so I can spread good to others.
