You ever get so deep into your grind that you lose track of time? Like, you're just in it—no distractions, no second-guessing, just pure focus. The rabbit hole goes even deeper than that.. and i've been there before. There's 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡, a step FURTHER. A level in which basic human health habits like brushing your teeth become an afterthought. 𝘐'𝘮 𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘣𝘵𝘸, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘐 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘣𝘳𝘶𝘴𝘩 𝘮𝘺 𝘵𝘦𝘦𝘵𝘩 (𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘕𝘖𝘛 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐'𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘐'𝘥 𝘥𝘰, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘪 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘤𝘶𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘩𝘢𝘩𝘢) 𝙃𝙊𝙒 𝙏𝙊 𝙍𝙀𝘼𝘾𝙃 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙁𝙇𝙊𝙒 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙒𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝙆 𝙄𝙎 𝙏𝙍𝙐𝙇𝙏 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙏𝙃𝘼𝙏 𝙈𝘼𝙏𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙎: 1. 𝙂𝙚𝙩 𝘾𝙧𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙨 When you know exactly what you're chasing, you eliminate the friction of having to figure out what to work on. ACTIONABLE STEP: Every night, before bed, write it down. Visualize it. 3 tasks that you need to get done for the next day. You need to wake up and without thinking know exactly what the missions for the day are. Your brain needs to feel like the stakes are high, like every second counts. That clarity fuels obsession. 2. 𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙙 Remove everything that doesn’t serve your mission. Put your phone in another room, clear your desk of clutter, delete social media (even if it's temporarily during work), throw out the junk food in your house and get rid of anything that might tempt you to slack. Because why would you risk to get distracted by some bullshit like a notification or a messy desk. 3. 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙪𝙢 When you’re locked in, stay locked in. Don’t stop to scroll TikTok or check your texts. A common focus method is the pomodor technique, but I think that technique is BULLSHIT (its 25m + 5m work blocks). You don't give yourself time to build up that focus momentum. The more momentum you build, the easier it is to keep going. For day-scaled momentum, stack up small wins (knocking out tasks) early in the day, and watch how that snowball grows. 4. 𝘽𝙚 𝙎𝙤 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙, 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝘽𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙉𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 This is the ultimate level. When you’re so into your grind that you forget to eat, sleep, or brush your teeth, you’ve officially tapped into that raw, relentless focus. This doesn’t mean neglecting health forever—it’s about putting your mission first in the moment.
