Question for you
How do you guys deal with physical symptoms from stress or anxiety (headaches, tiredness, dizziness, etcccc) Any tricks on how to manage these when you're going through a rough time?

@David Cyr It makes me think of one of those Grey's Anatomy episode where the surgeon stands in a "superman pose" to trick themselves into thinking everything is going to be ok and that they've got this! Definitely going to implement this!

I go through bouts of anxiety sometimes... I think it depends on what's happening in my life or even the weather πŸ˜… I try to spend as much time outside, go on walks with my dog, and focus as much as I can on other things. If not I just start going down the cycle again. What do you do when this happens?
Wow...
Started this challenge and got up to maybe day 21 and then fell off the challenge as life got busy.. but was feeling great during those days! But then without noticing, I slowly started feeling more and more stressed and anxious about stuff. I came back to the community and did one meditation last night and holy sh**t. It's crazy how this stuff actually works!!! Anyone had a similar experience?
