How do you guys deal with physical symptoms from stress or anxiety (headaches, tiredness, dizziness, etcccc) Any tricks on how to manage these when you're going through a rough time?
Hey @Anika Forget, a simple little trick I like to use is to look at myself in the mirror and smile. While doing this, you can do more by telling yourself that you'll be okay and that you'll find a way over the [problem]. This works because you trick yourself into thinking you are in a happier mood (even though you might be losing control), so this buys you some time to think clearly and find a way to make it okay. Of course, everyone is different in what works for them. This is a nice little tip I like to suggest to clients who try to stop the stress and anxiety before it spirals out of control. Hope it helps, and let me know if it does :)
Hi @Kat Ring, This is my first time hearing the term energy vampires, I love it, haha. Energy vampires just suck, so good for you for doing what's best and avoiding them. Diet is a big factor in how you feel about yourself. - Poor diet = feel worse about yourself, less confidence, easier for stress and anxiety to creep up - Good Diet = feel like you can take on the world, have way more confidence, and way easier to manage your emotions when you're confident Good for you for finding yourself a way to recover from bad days, especially since bad days are inevitable from time to time. Some may just hide from the world and crumble, but you get yourself over it and move on with the next day. Props to you 🫡
